Aufgaben
- Assist in daily farming operations including seedling production, plant health monitoring, and harvesting.
- Support research efforts to optimize plant combinations for maximum yield, quality, and efficiency.
- Engage with clients to provide updates, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to contribute ideas and understand new farming solutions.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in agronomy, botany, horticulture, or a related field.
- Interest or familiarity with vertical farming.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and an innovative mindset.
- Fluency in English; German skills are a bonus.
- Class B driver's license is a plus.
